Acceleration is a small-group, trainer-led, science-based training package for competitive athletes (age 12+ to Pro). It uses proprietary equipment and protocols to build strength, speed, power, agility, and sport-specific skills.
Athletes are evaluated at the start and end of each program to track progress and utilize Dartfish Technology replays and other patented equipment to optimize progress.

Ignition is developmentally appropriate training for younger athletes that teaches fundamental elements of athleticism, including movement skills, strength, balance, and proprioception (body awareness) while emphasizing joint health and safety.
The result is confident young athletes who are set up for success as they grow and become more involved in the sports they love to play.
